Refund policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
We do not offer refunds on your purchases. All sales are final - no refunds, no exchanges. Defects must be reported within 7 days.

ORDER FULLFILLMENT:
We try to ship out all In Stock orders within 5-7 Business Days of purchase. Preorder items are processed for shipping as they are received on hand. ETA of Preorder items is displayed on the listing as an estimate. You can expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days once shipped. If you require expedited shipping please contact us for an expedited shipping quote.

POSTAL POLICY:
Please make sure you enter the correct mailing address at checkout. You should choose a safe location for your delivery – as with all online orders. We do not recommend community boxes or other locations where multiple people may have access to your delivery. Once the item is shipped and shows delivered it is the buyers responsibility to work with their local post office on locating the package. We are not responsible for postal delivery “mistakes”.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND STATE TAX:
We ship to the United States and Canada.Note that duties and taxes will be applied on all international shipping orders. Domestic taxes (where collected online) will be calculated in the shopping cart.

GIFT WRAPPING: We do offer gift wrapping with gift messages or custom packaging requests for a nominal fee. Please send us an email for more information prior to purchasing!

SUGGESTED CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash before you wear. For keeping your leggings the best they can be - never dry your leggings or wash in hot water. Your leggings contain spandex and heat can make them get distorted. ALWAYS wash inside out and on cold only and lay flat to dry!
